PRACTICE AND EXPERIENCE

Annika advises clients primarily on competition law matters.

Annika advises both Finnish and international clients on all aspects of EU and Finnish competition law. Her experience includes advising clients on merger control as well as on a variety of competition law matters, including compliance, investigations and proceedings before the competition authorities and courts. Annika also regularly advises companies on foreign direct investment (FDI) screening.

Annika currently acts as the secretary of the Finnish Competition Law Association.
