PRACTICE AND EXPERIENCE
Frida primarily advises clients on competition law matters and assists with matters related to dispute resolution and public procurement.
Frida advises both Finnish and international clients on all aspects of EU and Finnish competition law. Her experience includes advising clients on merger control as well as on a variety of competition law matters, including compliance, investigations and proceedings before the competition authorities and courts. She also assists clients with foreign direct investment (FDI) screening.
Before joining Frontia, Frida has gained valuable experience as a trainee at the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority and at other Finnish law firms.
