PRACTICE AND EXPERIENCE

Nelli specializes in corporate and commercial dispute resolution, both in arbitration and litigation proceedings, with a special focus on insurance related disputes. Nelli has experience in disputes relating to a wide array of topics, for example, transactions, shareholders’ agreements, supply and distribution agreements, commercial lease agreements, construction and projects. In addition, she advises clients in court proceedings and matters relating to corporate criminal liability and white-collar crime. Nelli also regularly advises clients on questions related to general commercial and contractual matters.
